Fragestellung(en) der Befragung

The goal of this study is to ascertain how certain schools were able to successfully provide a reliable, high-quality education using (mostly) ICT. Overarching ICT-strategies, available infrastructure but also mindsets and competencies of teachers and school leaders are expected to play a role in this regard.
The project consists of three phases: In a first phase, schools are identified and contacted by the research team. Data pertaining to the goals of the study are collected via phone interviews. Schools are then grouped into matching clusters. In the second phase, focus groups are conducted in all clusters to share insights on, experiences, ideas and lessons learned around schooling and the use of ICT. School leaders, teachers and ICT specialists can participate. During the third phase, data from the focus groups will be analyzed and synthesized in a collaborative process by researchers and practitioners.
