Fragestellung(en) der Befragung

Every four years the Division of Vocational Training (DFP) of Canton Ticino sends a survey to all apprentices in basic vocational training with the aim to evaluate their level of satisfaction in various sectors, both at school and in the workplace. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and the closure of all cantonal schools, for the survey planned this year, it was decided to focus most of the questions on distance learning to assess how apprentices have experienced this mode of teaching. The participation rate was 42%, corresponding to 4,317 young people. The results show strengths and weaknesses of this teaching mode. However, physical presence and interpersonal relationships with teachers and schoolmates are fundamental.
